Return policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return merchandise for a STORE CREDIT, which will be credited to you via a discount code to use on the website in the amount of your purchase. Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a store credit.
If the return is received after 10 days from the delivery date or a Final Sale item was returned, you WILL NOT be given a refund, store credit or exchange and the items will be sent back to you.
To be eligible for a store credit, the following conditions have to be met:
- All items must be unworn.
- All Items must be in their original packaging.
- You must include the original invoice.
If we find any signs that items are not in the original condition, we reserve the right to not accept your return.
Damaged Merchandise
We try to ensure all our items are sent out in good quality. Therefore, they are inspected 3 times before shipping. If we are not contacted the SAME DAY as delivered about damaged merchandise, the return will be rejected. (ex: we will not accept returns that are said to be damaged several days after you have received merchandise)
All sale items are FINAL SALE!
NO REFUNDS will be processed for items lost in the mail due to customers indicating incorrect addresses. Double check the shipping address is correct before hitting submit.
Shipping
To return your product, you should email us at Pinkkboutique1123@gmail.com and we will send you the correct mailing address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Be sure that the correct mailing address (including zip code, apt, suite, unit # ) is entered at checkout. We will not be responsible for any packages returned due to an invalid/incorrect address.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $25, you should consider using a trackable shipping service (USPS, UPS or FedEX) or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
